How RSS keeps your chosen reading sources together

RSS is useful when you know which sites you want to follow. A publisher provides a feed of recent items, and a feed reader collects those items for you. You choose the sources instead of visiting each website to check for a new post.
Start with a few sources you already read
Find the RSS or Atom link on a publisher's site and add it in Aura's RSS section. A homepage URL is not always a feed URL. If you cannot find a feed, check the publisher's help page rather than assuming that adding /feed will work.
A feed item is not always a complete article
Some feeds include full text; others provide a title, excerpt and source link. Opening the article may still depend on the original site and whether Aura can extract its text. RSS does not bypass paywalls, and a feed can contain publisher advertising or tracking links.
Keep newsletters and RSS distinct
A newsletter with a public web link or RSS feed can be a reading source. Aura does not currently provide a personal incoming-email address for forwarding private newsletters. Check the current plan details for RSS access before choosing a subscription.
